HOW TO ... ... quit SmokingCan't get a seat at the smokin section of your favourite cafe?.. Hey, if u can't beat them join them.. Here's how to quit the fag..life is getting harder for smokers. First, they had to deal with the whole lung cancer thing, and now, they can't get a table at restaurants, bars and cafe. Even worst , all night spot will be non smoking by next july. thats like telling a horse there's no pooping in the meadow. Perhaps it is time, dear emphysema candidate, to lose the cancer stick and join the world of the living (and seated) . Here are some useful tips and important information u need to know to fight the puff..
Preparation is essential*set a quick date and stick to it. Refrain from trying to smoke every cigarette in south east asia before the day arrive.
*Tweak ur enviroment. Don't let any one light up in your home and get rid of all cigs and ashtrays. Remember your home is now non smoking
*Think about your previous attempts to quit smoking. Keep in mind whats worked and whats flopped.
When support is not a good brassiereStudy had shown that you have a better chance of quitting if you have help. We suggest:1 Tell your family, friends, and colleagues that you're going clean and needed their support. inform them you will bitch-slap them should they smoke around you.
2 Get a fellow smoker to quit with you. Misery love company.
3 Get individual, group or telephone counselling. Call quit line at 1800-438-2000. Counseller are available at 8.30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday and till 1pm on Saturday.
Medicate yourself!..Sometimes, sheer will power isn't enough to keep the fag completely. Medication can help lessen the urge to smoke. The form of nicotine replacement currently available here are the nicotine patch and inhaler. Talk to your GP or pharmacist about which is best for you. Nicotine inhaler have to be prescribed by a doctor ; and the patches are available from all pharmacies.
What you need to avoid..
* Alcohol. Staying away from bars and clubs increase your chance of success.
* Other smokers. Sure, they're your friends but being around smokers will just tempt you to cave.
* Weighing scale. Its true what u have hear many smokers do gain weight when they quit. But you will just have to be disciplined. Drink more water. If you need to snack, eat fruuits or chew on ice cubes. Go for a run. Do what its take to stay gorgeous.
If at first you dun succeedMost relapses occurs within the first 3 months after quitting. Don't be too hard on yourself if you start smoking again - sometimes you just gotta shoot hoops before you win a game.

swim for one hour and we left. Went to the market for some food, was freakin hungry, ordered nasi lemak, slurp :P walked home all the way from market.. hmmm..
Reached home. On my computer but can't connect to the internet!! ARGH!!...
